Which is why this new website, CriminalSearches.com, is perfect for any hip hop blogger. You can go from RSS flunkie to The Smoking Gun overnight! Found it reading the Sunday NY Times. I decided to "expose" some of my favorite gangster rappers, bloggers, high school classmates, ex-girlfriends, etc with the help of this site and Wikipedia.

I started with a search on myself: Randall Medford
Result: Nothing. My street cred is in the shitter


Next: Young Jeezy aka Mr. 17.5 aka Jay Jenkins


Result: 39 Results. None of which add up to Jeezy, who's birthday is 10/12/77. Guess Nas' candidate for Jesse Jackson's replacement isn't "real".

Result: 34 Matches. None for Lil' Wayne.

What does this all mean?

Absolutely nothing. Just because your favorite rapper didn't go to jail, doesn't mean his music is suddenly wack or not real. The only reason people get on Rick Ross is because he won't admit it. It's making rap not fun anymore. In the words of the late Heath Ledger, why so serious?
